I contracted Lavazza Roofing to replace the flat roof on my house as well as to replace one large skylight and 6 smaller skylights. Their offer was the most complete and communication around what was needed had been the most helpful. The work was done well (according to an independent roofing specialist I asked to inspect the work) and was completed as quickly as weather permitted. Throughout, staff members in their office and on the job were courteous and helpful. Any issues that arose were discussed openly and resolved to our mutual satisfaction.I recommend them highly
Lavazza & their team were awesome!! Very professional and patient with my questions! Took time to provide an overview daily, including photos which I greatly appreciated. At the day’s end, all debris was carefully placed in a bin and my deck was left clean and ready for the next day.
I also want to thank John McGuire, Sr. Estimator for the detailed report on the scope of work required to be done. Lastly –thank you Nancy, Office Manager who always responded to my emails promptly!
